Available from 30 January to 8 February 2026, this specially curated biryani buffet brings together regional interpretations of biryani, tracing aromatic traditions from the royal kitchens of Hyderabad to the spice-laden Malabar Coast.

Served daily between 12:00 PM and 11:00 PM, the experience showcases a rotating selection of signature biryanis from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and beyond. Guests can savour classics such as Hyderabadi Dum Biryani, Malabar and Kozhikode styles, Donne Biryani, Dindigul and Ambur biryanis, complemented by traditional accompaniments including mirchi ka salan, regional gravies, raita, salads, and pickles.

Adding to the indulgence, the buffet includes one complimentary beer per person, creating a relaxed, social dining atmosphere ideal for groups and corporate gatherings.
