Available from 13 January to 17 January 2026, and served daily between 12:00 PM and 11:30 PM, the curated Pongal thali is a tribute to South India’s rich culinary heritage. Thoughtfully crafted using seasonal produce and time-honoured recipes, the experience reflects the spirit of togetherness and generosity that defines the harvest festival.

The festive thali features classic favourites such as Ven Pongal and Sakkarai Pongal, accompanied by traditional vegetable preparations, sambar, rasam, and kootu. A selection of quintessential accompaniments including house-made chutneys, pickles, papad, and papadum completes the savoury spread, while a traditional sweet offers the perfect finale to the meal. Staying true to authentic South Indian dining rituals, the experience is complemented with comforting servings of filter coffee and buttermilk.
