Karnataka’s heritage is a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity, reflected in its art, music, dance, and festivals such as Mysore Dasara, Dollu Kunitha, and Kambala. “Karunadu Swada” captures this spirit, serving as both a gastronomic experience and cultural exploration, celebrating how history, geography, and community come together on every plate.
The festival menu pays tribute to the region’s favourites — Kaayi Vada, Mamsa Bele Gojju, Mottu Manji, Kudla Chicken Biriyani, Tetti Chops and Sanjeera with Belgavi Kunda, among others — each dish reflecting the state’s deep-rooted cultural legacy.
