Available across its signature award-winning venues on 14th February, from 7pm – 11pm, the celebrations unfold through The Valentine Table, a series of immersive dining experience at AlDiLa and k-o-j-i, alongside The Valentine’s Dinner Buffet at Coriander Kitchen & Zeera and Cupid’s Elixir, a specially curated Valentine’s cocktail week curated for couples who prefer to share, sip and linger a little longer.
A six-course rooftop romance – The Valentine Table at AlDiLa
High above the Pune skyline, AlDiLA sets the stage for a deeply intimate evening with a 6-course Valentine Table, where each course is chosen and presented as part of a thoughtfully paced culinary story. The experience begins with ‘Love At First Bite’, a playful amuse bouche and a delicate prelude to the evening.
The journey continues through evocatively named courses such as Forbidden Kiss, Dark Midnight and a refreshing Crimson Pause sorbet. For mains, the guests can choose from beautifully composed mains from the vegetarian Petals of Moments, a layered seasonal vegetable terrine with root vegetable mousse and almond velouté, to Eternal Desire, pistachio-crusted slow-cooked lamb loins with smoked cherry and red wine jus or Tides Aligned, a luxurious pan seared salmon paired with lobster ragout and champagne saffron beurre blanc. The experience concludes with Chocolate Amour, a decadent finale for indulgence under candlelight.

At k-o-j-i, Valentine’s celebrations take a bold and flavourful turn with a curated Asian menu for sharing. The evening opens with a comforting Spicy Wonton Broth, followed by an array of appetizers like Crunchy Burnt Garlic Shimeji, Seafood Curry Dimsum, Crystal Cheese Corn & Chestnut Dumplings and Gong Bao Ja Ding Chicken.
The mains continue the culinary journey with standout preparations such as Pomfret in Hot Chilli Oil, Shui Zhu Yang Rou (Sichuan-style poached lamb), Sichuan Edamame Mock Duck and Pan-seared Sichuan Tofu, accompanied by Supreme Soya Fried Rice and Cantonese Chow Mein. The evening concludes with a rich Decadent Chocolate Dessert with Berry Coulis, offering a sweet and comforting close.
