  • Six Tablespoons of Schezwan Sauce
  • Three cups of rice, Chinese rice is preferred
  • One and a half tablespoons of Oil
  • One tablespoon of Finely chopped Ginger
  • Two tablespoons of finely chopped Garlic
  • One tablespoon of Soy Sauce
  • One tablespoon of Vinegar
  • A quarter cup of Spring onions
  • A quarter cup of chopped Carrot
  • A quarter cup of beans
  • A quarter cup of Capsicum
  • Salt, according to your taste
  • Some more green part of spring onions for garnish
How to prepare Schezwan fried rice at home:
To prepare the rice:

● Wash 1 cup of long-grained Chinese rice completely until the water is clear before cooking it for the Schezwan Fried Rice. After cooking, rice grains become more separated when the starch is removed.
● Stirring sometimes cook the rice on a medium temperature for 8 to 10 minutes, or until it is 85% cooked. The rice must be firm to the biting and must not be entirely cooked.
● Wash the rice in cold water to stop it from continuing to cook. Make sure the rice is completely dry by letting all the water drain out of it.
● Add 1 tablespoon of oil. This aids in keeping the grains from clinging to one another.

To prepare the fried rice:

● To make schezwan fried rice Heat oil in a large nonstick pan or a wok before making schezwan fried rice. On a medium burner, add the ginger and garlic and cook for a little while.
● Sauté the spring onions, capsicum, carrots, and French beans for 2 to 3 minutes over high heat.
