A celebration of authentic regional delicacies  the festival will take the food connoisseurs on a culinary journey into the heart of Jharkhand recreating traditional favourites with a touch of sophistication.

Curated by Chef Sudhanshu along with Executive Chef Rajeev the festival promises a feast of aromas, textures and flavours that reflect the cultural essence of Jharkhand served in a warm and inviting setting. On the menu are timeless dishes such as Dhuska, Litti Chokha, Champaran Gosht, Dal Pitha, Thekua and Chilka Roti each showcasing the rustic charm and heritage of the state’s cuisine.

Adding to the experience guests can also enjoy a themed Sunday Brunch on 26th October featuring free flowing soft beverages, a specially crafted themed mocktail and live music to elevate the mood.  Whether you are rediscovering regional favourites or indulging in them for the first time this festive celebration is set to offer a memorable dining experience that is both authentic and soulful.
