Panasonic Smart Factory showcases next-generation autonomous manufacturing solutions at Productronica India 2026

 Panasonic Smart Factory Solutions India (PSFSIN), a division of Panasonic Life Solutions India (PLSIND), showcased its advanced manufacturing solutions at Productronica India 2026 under the theme “Autonomous Factory – Skill-less Operations.” At the event, Panasonic demonstrated its comprehensive Surface Mount Technology (SMT) portfolio, including the NPM-GP/L, NPM-GH, and NPM-TT2 modular placement machines. The showcase also featured an integrated ecosystem comprising Koh Young AOI and SPI systems, TSM reflow ovens, and nozzle cleaning and inspection solutions, delivering a complete, end-to-end manufacturing line experience. These solutions are being exhibited at Booth No. H01, Hall 15 at IEML, Greater Noida.

PSFSIN features a comprehensive suite of smart factory solutions, including the NPM-GP/L printer, which offers high precision, speed, and cost efficiency with advanced mask positioning, hybrid squeegee movement, and a rapid 12-second cycle time, while the NPM-GH mounter delivers 55,500 CPH at ±25 μm accuracy with dual-lane handling and a wide component range for high-volume production. The versatile NPM-TT2 platform supports high-mix, high-accuracy manufacturing with 18,000 CPH throughput, advanced multi-recognition cameras, and dual-lane operation.

 

Koh Young AOI and SPI systems for advanced inspection, along with critical production line components such as TSM reflow ovens, nozzle cleaning and manual inspection machines to ensure seamless operations were also showcased. Complementing these are Panasonic’s robust Operations & Maintenance services, the PanaCIM suite for real-time traceability and automated changeovers, and the IoT-enabled MirAIe ProFactory solutions for predictive analytics and connected shopfloors
