Hosted at the hotel’s stunning open-air rooftop restaurant, Nazaara, this thoughtfully curated promotion pays tribute to the legendary Wazwan tradition, where slow-cooked delicacies, smoky aromas, and rich mountain spices come together in an evocative dining experience under the open sky.

Curated by Chef Nisaar Ahmad Khan and the hotel’s expert culinary team, the festival celebrates the timeless legacy of Kashmiri cuisine. Guests can expect an immersive experience featuring signature highlights, from the aromatic Rogan Josh and velvety Gushtaba to the crispy golden Tabak Maaz and fragrant Yakhni Pulao. Charcoal-grilled seekh kebabs, fresh from the grill and vegetarian delicacies like Nadru Yakhni and Dum Aloo Kashmiri offer a balanced interplay of textures and flavors. Traditional accompaniments such as warm Kahwa, fresh Sheermal and a luxurious saffron-and-almond Phirni complete the feast.

Adding to the celebrations, The Hebbal Cafe will host a special Wazwan Tales-themed Sunday Brunch on 28th June, offering guests an opportunity to savour the rich flavors of traditional Kashmiri cuisine alongside an extensive spread of global and Indian favorites. The brunch experience will be complemented by unlimited mocktails, live music, and a warm, family-friendly atmosphere designed to recreate the grandeur of an authentic Wazwan feast.
