Kebab-e-Khaas returns to Cappella, The Palomar by Crossway with a rich celebration of flavour, spice and tradition

Cappella at The Palomar by Crossway brings back Kebab-e-Khaas, a limited-time kebab showcase centred  around strong marinades, distinct textures and recipes inspired by tradition. Running from April 17 to May 31, the menu brings together a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian mouthwatering Kebabs, each with its own style of preparation.

This year’s selection moves between crisp, pan-fried starters and tandoor-finished grills, offering a range of flavours across the spread. The Vegetarian line-up  includes Bhutte Meher ki Tikki, Bhuna Tandoori Aloo, Akbari  Paneer Tikka, while the Non-Veg offering feature Chapli Kebab, Murgh Gilafi Kebab, Kalonji Jhinga and Raan-e-Murgh.
