BALANCED CARBS AND PROTEINS: You should be ready to intake the combination of lean protein and complex carb whenever you have a meal or a snack. So, you should make sure of the balanced carbs and proteins. It would be either a handful of nuts with half of banana or yogurt with a small piece of cheese.
