Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, in association with Hilton Wedding Diaries, hosted its highly anticipated Wedding Showcase, positioning itself as North Bengaluru’s ultimate destination for world-class weddings. The exclusive three-day event welcomed some of India’s most influential wedding planners for an immersive celebration of design, hospitality, and culinary artistry. A total of 100 wedding planners attended the showcase, experiencing the hotel’s offerings first-hand.

From August 8–10, the hotel transformed into a living canvas of wedding possibilities – from intimate cultural ceremonies to high-glamour soirées – offering attendees a first-hand taste of Hilton’s legendary hospitality and creativity. Guests included leading wedding planners such as Wedding Partners by Lalit Sharma, Global Local Weddings, F5 Advertisement and Weddings, 7vachan and Neferrtiti Weddings along with the city’s top socialites and influencers, making it one of Bengaluru’s most talked-about wedding showcases of the year.

As couples increasingly look beyond traditional hotspots like Goa and Udaipur, Bengaluru is emerging as a sought-after destination wedding city, thanks to its year-round pleasant weather, excellent connectivity, and cosmopolitan appeal. For families travelling from across India, Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata offers the perfect combination of accessibility – just 30–35 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport – and grandeur, with the largest convention and event space in North Bengaluru, lush landscaped outdoor venues, and luxurious guest accommodation. The Hilton Wedding Diaries programme ensures every detail is executed flawlessly, giving couples the magic of a destination wedding with the comfort of being in a vibrant, well-connected city.

Since July 16, the hotel lobby had been transformed into a wedding preview gallery, setting the stage for the weekend. On August 9, the wedding planners embarked on an extensive property tour, exploring Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata’s range of versatile indoor and outdoor venues, each styled with imaginative décor concepts.

The cultural heart of the showcase was the Jasmine Luncheon Feast at the hotel’s rooftop. A soulful celebration of South Indian heritage, the setting bloomed with fragrant jasmine garlands, gleaming brassware, and vibrant rangolis. Guests savoured regional delicacies served on banana leaves, while the graceful rhythms of live Carnatic music and Kathak performances, paired with Hilton’s signature warm hospitality, created a rich, multisensory experience.

As the sun set, guests were transported to Paris with a Moulin Rouge-themed gala dinner – a stunning red-and-velvet affair featuring a troupe of 20 professional dancers delivering high-energy cabaret performances, complemented by a pan-India culinary showcase.

The weekend concluded on August 10 with a relaxed farewell brunch, allowing guests to reflect on the experience and the endless creative possibilities for future celebrations at Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata
