YOUnion, the all-day bar and restaurant that pays homage to the millennials – or Generation Y – has just introduced Sunday Brunch.

The extensive Brunch menu offers something for everyone, so diners are encouraged to come hungry and linger over the wide selection of dishes available.

A series of Small Plates offer Vegan Black Chickpea Hummus, with gluten-free chips, Mexican rub and sesame oil; Gluten-Free Soft Shell Crab Tacos, crispy soft-shell crab with gun powder, cilantro pico de gallo, and iceberg lettuce; and Gluten-Free Turkish Poached Eggs, with tahini labneh, garlic toast, chili oil, gremolata and poached eggs. On the Bun, options include The Pretentious Protein Burger, brioche bun with sriracha mayo, panko-fried paneer, jalapenos and greens; The Pumbaa Pav, sesame bun, Goan chorizo, and fresh jalapeno buttermilk dip; and Bagel & Hen, sweet and salty bagel, chicken Milanese, and house green salad.

For their Mains, diners can enjoy Mac & Bisque, lobster, parmesan, white mornay sauce, truffle oil and chives; Gochujang Paneer with Udon Noodles, scallions and baby carrots; and Keto Bibimbap Chicken Bowl, sesame-glazed chicken, wild mushrooms, salad and rice.

Staples such as Keto Irani Butter Chicken, spicy, shredded butter chicken and garlic naan; The Sindhi Uncle, spicy and tangy curry with steamed rice; and Nalli Nihari, slow-cooked lamb shank with ground spices and khamiri naan, will appeal to those with more traditional palates.

Sweet-toothed diners can enjoy Waffles & Pancakes which include options like Berry Ice-Cream Chocolate Waffle, eggless waffle, chocolate mud and fresh berry ice cream; Nutella Pancake, with cookie crumble, hot chocolate and maple sauce; and Oreo Fudge Waffle, Oreo-scented waffle topped with fudge and ice cream.

Desserts like Hazelnut Chili MousseGluten-Free Fudge Cake with Macchiato Ice Cream; and Dirty Mud Pie will serve as a sweet end to the meal.
