Asia Kitchen by Mainland China is all set to bring an authentic taste of Thailand to Chennai with its vibrant Thai Food Festival, starting 22nd August 2025 at Somerset Greenways, MRC Nagar, Chennai.
The festival is a celebration of Thailand’s rich culinary heritage, blending bold flavours, fresh ingredients, and colourful dishes that narrate stories of culture and tradition. Guests will embark on a sensory journey, where the aroma of homemade curry pastes, sizzling street food, and time-honoured recipes fills the air, offering a true taste of Thai cuisine.
Curated by Chef Tanya, a seasoned culinary expert from Thailand, the menu reflects both tradition and innovation. Inspired by the wisdom of her grandmother, Chef Tanya brings to life flavours crafted from fresh, homemade curry pastes and authentic Thai ingredients. Her signature creations, Gaeng Karee (Thai Yellow Curry), Pla Tod Kamin (Turmeric Fried Fish), Khao Hor Bai Bua (Lotus Leaf Rice), and Pouch Pumpkin in Coconut Milk are stories of heritage, family, and the vibrant spirit of Thailand, beautifully blended with her international exposure.
