Elements by Rosetta, Varca, Goa invites guests to Estella 2025, its signature year-end festivities celebrating Christmas and New Year. As part of the Christmas celebrations, the resort has curated festive dining and entertainment scheduled across 24th and 25th December 2025. These will be hosted at Elements by Rosetta and at Ouzo Delmar Bar and Beach BBQ, Varca Beach.
The celebrations begin on Christmas Eve with a gala dinner at Ouzo Delmar, Varca beach. Guests can enjoy the à la carte menu, live band performance, a dedicated kids’ corner, and engaging interactions with Santa. The evening follows a red and white dress theme.
On Christmas Day, celebrations continue at Elements by Rosetta with a festive brunch at Cucina Rosetta, their all-day dining restaurant. The brunch features global Christmas favourites, live stations, desserts, and live entertainment. It promises a joyful afternoon of festive cheer for families and groups.
Later in the evening, the focus returns to Ouzo Delmar for a kids’ Christmas celebration. The event includes interactive games and fun engagement with Santa. The highlight of the evening is Santa’s parasailing arrival on the white sands of Varca beach.
