Guests can begin their meal with Golden Squash Shorba and Amritsari Lassi, followed by a selection of appetizers including Malai Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Cauliflower, and Rajma Tikki.
The main course offers a wholesome and satisfying experience with dishes such as Paneer Lababdar, Corn Palak, Aloo Jeera, and Dal Makhani, complemented by Vegetable Pulao, Tandoori Laccha Paratha, Onion Raita, and accompaniments. The meal concludes on a sweet note with the decadent Angoori Jamun Rabri.
