The Spirit of Baisakhi Finds Its Table at LOYA, Taj West End, Bengaluru

This Baisakhi, LOYA, Taj West End, Bengaluru, celebrates the harvest season with a specially curated menu inspired by Punjab’s most-loved festive flavours. Crafted to bring together robust spices, slow-cooked comfort, and celebratory favourites, the menu is designed for indulgent, share-worthy dining.

The feast begins with Kachori Chaat, reminiscent of the kind of street-side indulgence that always finds its way into celebrations, before moving to Bharwan Kaare Kulche served with Pindi chole and fresh haldi-mooli,  a pairing that feels instantly nostalgic and deeply satisfying.

For mains, guests can savour Attari Murg and Chakki Paneer, best enjoyed with LOYA’s signature Amritsari Wadi Kulcha or the comforting Seviyan Wadi Pulao served with ori raita, the kind of flavours that bring back memories of family-style feasts and festive tables.

Dessert brings the celebration to a close with Doodh Jalebi paired with pista-chuara-kesar milk, or Him Paat, LOYA’s in-house churned ice cream.

All of it comes together in LOYA’s warm, lantern-lit setting, surrounded by earthy textures and accompanied by LOYA’s own music album playing softly in the background, setting the perfect mood for a Baisakhi gathering.
