Consulate General of Türkiye in Mumbai Celebrates World Breakfast Day with a Traditional Turkish Breakfast at Hurrem’s Baklava & Confectionery

The Consulate General of Türkiye in Mumbai observed World Breakfast Day with an esteemed gathering hosted at Hurrem’s Baklava & Confectionery, Fort Mumbai. The event was convened by H.E. Mustafa Kemalettin Eruygur, Consul General of Türkiye in Mumbai and brought together members of the diplomatic community for a morning celebrating Turkish hospitality, culture and cuisine. 

Distinguished members of the Consul Corps in Mumbai were in attendance, reflecting the spirit of international friendship and cultural exchange that the occasion sought to foster. 

Guests were served an authentic multi-course Turkish breakfast curated and prepared by Executive Chef Yetkin Batak of Hurrem’s Baklava & Confectionery. The carefully crafted menu showcased the richness and diversity of Türkiye’s celebrated breakfast culture, featuring a selection of traditional specialties accompanied by freshly brewed Turkish tea and an assortment of handcrafted baklava and signature desserts. 

The gathering offered guests an opportunity to experience one of Türkiye’s most cherished culinary traditions while engaging in meaningful conversations in an elegant and welcoming setting at Hurrem’s.
