3 Best Chai Recipes to try for your evenings

Let’s face it. We can’t live without chai (or tea, however you like to call it). Whether it’s hot outside or chilly or rainy, chai is never out of season in our area and we are letting it. While the classic normal chai or tea itself is amazing to drink and satisfy yourself, there are some chai recipes that as a human you should try at least once.

So here’s a list of delicious chai recipes to keep yourself satisfied and warm this season while you’re chilling at home.

Classic Masala Chai
What you need for this chai recipe:

One or half a cup of water Three or more teaspoons of tea Sugar (as per your taste)
One stick cinnamon Five or more cloves
Five or more cardamom pods Two or three cups of milk

How to make it:

In a pan, add water, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and let it boil. After it starts to boil, simmer down and cover it for about 10 minutes. Then add milk, tea and sugar and let it boil again for 2 more minutes and strain. Enjoy the good old masala tea to make your day much better!

Rose Masala Chai

What you need to make this chai recipe:

Two and a half or more leaf tea 1/4 teaspoon of pure rosewater Some freshly grated ginger
Two teaspoons of sugar or as per your taste One or more cup of water
One or more cup of milk How to make it:
Put all the ingredients except milk in a pan and bring it to a boil. Then add milk and boil again for a few minutes and strain. Enjoy your day or night with this new and delicious chai recipe.

Green Masala Chai
What you need to make this chai recipe:

One teaspoon of green tea One or more cup of water Half or one cup of milk Three cloves
A little bit of grown ginger One teaspoon of Cinnamon Sugar (optional)

How to make it:

Boil the water in a pan and add ginger, cinnamon and cloves. Simmer the stove and let it be for 10 minutes and then add green tea. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes then add milk (and sugar if you want). Let the tea boil and strain. And another one of the amazing chai is done to sip your way through the day.
