Ananya Panday, who is winning accolades for her stunning portrayal in Pati Patni Aur Woh, said that she got Khaali Peeli in her kitty and she will announce two more movies pretty soon.
Newbie Ananya Panday was interacting with media on the sidelines of special Christmas Decor at the Palladium Mall in Mumbai.
Talking about the success of Pati Patni Aur Woh and her upcoming project, Ananya said, “Pati Patni Aur Woh has released and the response has been tremendous. I couldn’t have asked for more to end my year good note. I am so lucky and blessed. Now next release would be Khaali-Peeli, which releases in June 2020 and very soon I will be announcing two more movies, so I am really excited about them.”
Khaali Peeli is a forthcoming supernatural comedy thriller film directed by Maqbool Khan and produced by Ali Abbas Zafar under the banner of Zee Studios. The film features Ishaan Khatter in the lead role. It is an official remake of Telugu film Taxiwala.
Ananya Panday made her debut with SOTY2 and followed it up with Pati Patni Aur Woh, both the movies did well at box-office.
Talking about her role selection process, Ananya added, “I think it’s the mix of everything, and my biggest thing is my first reaction to the script. If it’s a comedy film, how much the script is making me laugh, or if it’s a sad film, how much its making me cry, so I think my first reaction is the most important thing and also the fact, as audience how much I would like to watch the film, these two things that I look for when I sign a film. And of course, the director and co-star also matters, so it’s a mix of everything.”
Talking about her Christmas and New Year Plan, Ananya said, “Plans for Christmas and New Year, well I want to spend as much time as possible with my friends and family because I have been working this complete year and I didn’t get much time to spend with them, so I would like to be with my friends and family.”
