Chef Jugesh Arora to Launch ‘Tadka’, a Podcast Bringing Real Stories and Conversations from India’s Culinary & Hospitality Industry

A platform to spotlight the journeys of senior chefs and hospitality leaders while opening conversations around the future, wellbeing and sustainability of the industry.

Chef Jugesh Arora, Founder & CEO of Chef’s Table Studio, is set to launch ‘Tadka by Chef Jugesh Arora’ on 5 November 2026 at 12:30 PM, at Le Cordon Bleu, GD Goenka Education City, Sohna Road, Gurugram, Haryana. The podcast is centred on the people, stories and experiences that shape India’s culinary and hospitality industry.

Founded by Chef Jugesh Arora in 2011, Chef’s Table Studio has completed over 50 projects across India, spanning hotels, restaurants, hospitals and convention centres.

With the thought that “Every Chef Has a Story,” Tadka aims to bring to the forefront the journeys of senior chefs and hospitality leaders, their passion, struggles, failures, opportunities, sacrifices and the lessons they have gathered through their careers.

The 11 episodes podcast has been created with a particular focus on the next generation of culinary professionals. Through candid conversations, Chef Jugesh Arora hopes to give culinary students and young professionals a more realistic understanding of what it means to build a career in cooking and hospitality, beyond what is seen on the surface.

Beyond individual career journeys, Tadka will also explore the future of the hospitality industry and the need to create healthier, more sustainable and more rewarding working environments for culinary professionals. The conversations will look at subjects such as the demanding nature of kitchen careers, work-life balance, physical and mental wellbeing, professional growth and dignity at the workplace.

Chef Jugesh Arora believes that conversations around the future of hospitality must include the people who form its foundation, the chefs and culinary teams. Tadka seeks to create a space where experienced professionals can share their perspectives, encourage dialogue and contribute to a more thoughtful conversation about how the industry can evolve.

“This is not about pointing fingers. It is about listening, learning and finding better ways forward. If we want to attract the next generation into our kitchens, we must not only tell them how wonderful this profession can be, but also work together to make it a profession they can build a healthy and fulfilling life around,” adds Chef Jugesh Arora.

The launch is supported by King Metal Works, Swastik Synergy, Electrolux Professional, Wang Professional Pvt. Ltd., Chefmate and Chef’s Arena as valued sponsors, with Zed Uniforms as the Uniform Partner.
