Kannada Actor, Puneeth Rajkumar Demises at 46 Due to Cardiac Arrest

Powerstar, Puneeth Rajkumar passes away at the age of 46 due to serious cardiac arrest on Friday, 29th October. It was said that the thespian was collapsed while he was in his working out in his gym. The actor was immediately rushed to the private hospital and announced that he was in critical condition. Later, the doctors pronounced the actor was no more which leaves the film industry devasted. The news obviously shattered the state and the Indian cinema fraternity. Life is really unpredictable!

Fondly called “Appu”, Puneeth Rajkumar was a humble person who received enormous appreciation as a film producer and actor. Actor Rajkumar’s family is known to be the first family of Kannada cinema wherein the three sons of the late thespian are ruling the Kannada cinema. Among the three sons, the eldest Shivaraj Kumar and the youngest, Puneeth Rajkumar have a huge fan following across the state. However, none could process what has happened now for the film star. Starting his acting career as a child artist, Puneeth honed his acting skills in the succession films later. Notably, he won the National Film Award for his outstanding acting in the movie, “BettadaHoovu”, in 1985. Besides being victorious in his acting career, Puneeth took up the singing path as well. He was surpassed as one of the best professional singers. Only a few could take up the three roles as such – actor, producer and singer. His most recent release is “Yuvarathna” and even wrapped up the shooting of “James” as well. Howbeit, the tragedy hits and it is heart-wrenching to realize that such an affable person is no more.

Film fraternity such as Sonu Sood, Mahesh Babu, Hansika, Pooja Hegde, Siddharth, Dulquer Salmaan, Mohanlal, Boney Kapoor, Prithviraj and others condolence the loss of the thespian as it is extremely saddening to hear.
