Superstar Rajinikanth & Legendary Cricketer, Kapil Dev on working together in ‘Lal Salaam’: “Honour & Privilege”

Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s directorial, ‘Lal Salaam’ is on its full-swing with the shooting schedule. It is well-known that Superstar Rajinikanth is doing a special appearance in the film. While the first look of his character, Moideen Bhai, was revealed earlier, it got mixed responses from the fans and netizens. However, the shoot for the film is currently going on in Mumbai. And seems, the next phase of shooting is scheduled in Mysore. Meanwhile, a photo of Superstar in Moideen Bhai look and the Legendary cricketer has been doing its circulation on internet. It is excited to know that Kapil Dev will be doing a cameo in the film. He will be sharing the screen space with Rajinikanth in his daughter, Aishwarya Rajinikanth’s directorial. The Indian Superstar took his official Twitter handle to share the photo of them and wrote, “It is my honour and privilege working with the legendary, most respected and wonderful human being, Kapil Dev ji, who made India proud winning for the first time ever…Cricket World Cup! #lalsalaam #therealkapildev.”

Also, Kapil Dev posted a picture with Rajinikanth on his Instagram Stories and captioned it, “An honour and privilege to be with the great man.” And that’s how the legendary personalities share their thoughts on working together in the film. Aishwarya re-shared her father, Superstar’s tweet, wrote, “Was truly my moment of honour and blessing to have seen a part to film this moment, Appa! You both were on fire! Thankful, grateful, blessed, Lal Salaam.” Aishwarya’s ‘Lal Salaam’ is a sports drama which features actors Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth in main roles. Well, cannot wait for the film to release!
