Choreographer and director Ahmed Khan is all geared up for his upcoming movie ‘Baaghi 3’. The director who was recently seen interacting with the media on Tuesday expressed that he doesn’t like making romantic movies. Rather than making such movies, he’d better stay as a Choreographer.
When asked about his preferences for making romantic films, this Ahmed said, “I don’t like romantic kind of films. Instead of making such films, I would prefer to be a choreographer. As a Choreographer, by the grace of God, I get enough fame. I get reality shows to judge and even get shows to perform. I make films because I want to grow as a technician. I am filmy and I am still living in the 80’s and ’90s. I like cinemas based on women’s empowerment. Movie-like ‘Chaalbaaz’ is my favorite and Sridevi was awesome in that movie”
“In case if I give a thought to make a romantic movie. My movie including romance will be an action-packed movie too. Movie-like ‘Gadar’ is a great example of such cinema. It was romantic as well as full of action and drama. I would prefer to make such movies” added Ahmed.
About the movie ‘Baaghi 3’, is an action thriller helmed by Ahmed Khan is produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Fox Star Studios, it is a spiritual sequel to Baaghi (2016) and Baaghi 2 (2018).
The film stars Tiger Shroff, Shraddha Kapoor, Ankita Lokhande and Riteish Deshmukh in the lead roles.
It is scheduled to be theatrically released in cinemas on 6 March 2020.
