A Taste of Coorg brings the rich culinary traditions of Kodava cuisine to Feast through Chef Smitha Kuttayya’s Kodava Kitchen. Inspired by recipes passed down through generations, the experience celebrates the flavours of Coorg through authentic preparations rooted in tradition and home-style cooking. The menu features Kaad Mange Curry, Koli Curry, Baimbale Curry, Onnkkerchi, Meen Barthad, Balekai Fry, Kadambutt, and Thankbutt, offering guests an opportunity to experience the distinctive flavours and culinary heritage of Kodava cuisine.

The Sunday brunch on 18th October features an elevated spread of traditional Bengali favourites including Bhoger Khichuri, Labra, Begun Bhaja, Aloo Dum, Luchi, Shukto, Chanar Dalna, Dhokar Dalna, Kosha Mangsho, Chicken Dak Bungalow, Doi Maach, Chingri Malai Curry, Bhetki Paturi, Mochar Ghonto, Bengali Pulao, and Calcutta-style Biryani.
