Balloch is set to bring an authentic Punjabi culinary experience to Noida with the launch of its Punjabi Food Festival, starting March 1, 2025. This limited-time festival will showcase traditional Punjabi flavors, crafted using time-honored recipes and premium ingredients, offering diners a taste of Punjab’s rich food heritage.

The festival menu features an extensive selection of dishes that highlight the depth and diversity of Punjabi cuisine. Guests can indulge in refreshing Badami Lassi and Kesari Lassi, followed by smoky appetizers such as Sahi Makhmali Kabab and Moga Wala Paneer Tikka. For meat lovers, options like Lehsuni Murg Tikka, Amritsari Fish Tikka, Bhuna Gosth, and Dhaba Meat promise a flavorful experience, while vegetarian delights include Dal Makhani, Punjabi Kadhi Pakora, Ludhiana Chaap Masala, and Amritsari Pindi Chole.

The menu also offers a variety of Punjabi breads and rice specialties, including Garlic Chili Naan, Muli Da Paratha, Achari Gosth Kulcha, Payaji Pulao, and Tarkari Kesari Biryani. To conclude the feast, guests can savor the rich, creamy Keshriya Thadi Kheer.
