 DOU Brew Room & Bakehouse invites food lovers to experience Islas Del Caribe, a specially curated menu celebrating the vibrant flavours, spices and culinary traditions of the Caribbean. Bringing the spirit of the islands to Chennai, the menu combines bold seasonings, fresh ingredients and colourful flavours for a distinctive dining experience at DOU Nungambakkam and Alwarpet from October 15th Onwards.

Inspired by the Caribbean’s rich culinary heritage, the menu features a selection of non-vegetarian and vegetarian creations that bring together traditional spices, smoky flavours and refreshing accompaniments.

The signature highlights include the Jerk Chicken Patty, featuring slow-cooked jerk-spiced chicken in flaky golden pastry, served with tamarind and mint chutney, and Bajan Prawn Skewers, with herb-marinated prawns chargrilled to perfection and paired with Caribbean pepper relish.

Vegetarian offerings include Crispy Callaloo Fritters with Mango Habanero Drizzle, combining a crisp texture with a sweet and spicy finish, and Jamaican Jerk Vegetable & Cheddar Gratin, a comforting baked dish infused with Caribbean spices.
