Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park Curates the Flavours of Sri Lanka

Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park will host a special Sri Lankan Food Festival at Neer, its poolside speciality restaurant, from 23 to 31 October 2026. As part of the Hilton Chef Exchange Program, Chef Geeth and Chef Kumara will travel from Sri Lanka to present an authentic showcase of Sri Lankan cuisine. The programme enables Hilton chefs to exchange culinary expertise across international kitchens, explore regional ingredients and bring distinctive global flavours to local diners through exclusive pop-up residencies.

Set against the backdrop of Neer’s coastal dining identity, the nine-day Sri Lankan Food Festival will invite diners to explore Sri Lanka’s coastal cuisine. A specially curated menu by the culinary team, led by Chef Geeth and Chef Kumara, brings together a selection of distinctive dishes including Panko Crumbed Crab Cake with coconut lime aioli, Colombo Short Eats Experience, Moringa Cappuccino, Jaffna Lagoon Crab Curry with coconut sticky rice and pol sambal, Coastal Sri Lankan Reef Seer, and Moringa Tofu & Cauliflower Nasi Goreng. Desserts include Ceylon Tea & Cardamom Parfait and Mango & Passion Fruit Verrine, offering a sweet finish to the culinary journey.

The experience brings the culinary expertise of Hilton Colombo to Bengaluru, highlighting the distinctive flavours and culinary traditions of Sri Lanka through the visiting chefs’ expertise. 

The festival will also feature a special breakfast counter at Neo Kitchen, adding another dimension to the Sri Lankan culinary showcase.
