Bazm-e-Shah features specially curated vegetarian and non-vegetarian set menus, bringing together a selection of rich and flavorful preparations. The menu celebrates traditional recipes and aromatic spices while showcasing the chef’s refined culinary techniques through each course.The vegetarian menu includes assorted falafel as an amuse-bouche, followed by Ash-E-Reshteh soup and a Persian Treasure Box featuring crème kasbara, pomegranate labneh, herb butter, fresh pita bread, sumac lavash bread and sourdough. The grill’s selection includes Batata Mashwiya, Mahshi Fil Fil, Yaqtin Mashwi Bil Harissa, Puy Lentil Torsh Kebabi, and Paneer-E-Bazm, served with Zereshk Polo, followed by Kunafa Mille-Feuille mousse for dessert.
