This September, Skyloft at Feathers Hotel, is turning up the heat with “Sizzle Meets the Skyline”, a month-long celebration where dramatic rooftop views meet dishes designed to arrive smoking hot.
Running from 1st -30th September 2026, the experience brings together an indulgent line-up of vegetarian and non-vegetarian sizzlers, each crafted to make an entrance as memorable as its flavor.
For vegetarians, the menu takes a playful turn with Fiery Honey-Chilli Fruit Hot Pot, Mexican Smoked Vegetables with Chilli Basil, and Lombardy Grilled Cottage Cheese. The non-vegetarian selection brings even more theatre to the table. Sizzling Pan-Seared Scottish Salmon, Char-Grilled Herb Chicken with Pineapple Mojo and Sizzling Spinach-Stuffed Jumbo Prawns.
And because a skyline deserves something to toast to, diners can pair their sizzling plates with a glass of red or white wine, making it an evening designed to linger over.
