This May, Feast at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center is bringing the spirit of Kerala to the city with a food festival that goes beyond the usual regional buffet. The menu captures the many moods of Kerala, from the softness of Appam with Stew and the smoky aroma of Meen Pollichathu steamed in banana leaf, to the familiar comfort of Puttu and the cooling finish of Elaneer Payasam.
