CHA Brings Rollin’ Ramen Rave Pop-Up to Mall of Asia, Bengaluru
A limited-time menu inspired by Hong Kong’s street-food culture and Japanese flavours
CHA, Hong Kong Eating House, the Cantonese cuisine restaurant from Bellona Hospitality, has launched Rollin’ Ramen Rave (RRR), a limited-time sushi and ramen pop-up at Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bengaluru available now till 15th May 2026. Built around a Hong Kong × Japan flavour crossover, the experience brings together clean sushi cuts, bold street-style bites, and comforting ramen bowls in a lively, high-energy setting.
Designed as a seasonal culinary pop-up within CHA, Rollin’ Ramen Rave introduces a ramen-led comfort format alongside a dedicated sushi counter, creating a space that blends quick, expressive dining with a strong street-energy character.
Guests can explore nigiri, signature sushi rolls, crispy nori pockets, and slow-simmered ramen broths, combining precision-led dishes with approachable, flavour-forward offerings. The pop-up expands CHA’s Asian culinary identity while catering to a young, discovery-driven audience looking for fresh dining experiences in the city.
