Back then in 1999, Mithali stepped into the world of cricket at the age of 16. Little did we know that she transforms into a successful captain of Indian Women’s Cricket. In the following decades, she exhibited her batting capacity and emerged as a robust teenager. The veteran cricketer led the team into two world cup finals in 2005 and 2017 with pride. Speaking of which, she scored 10,868 runs out of 333 appearances in the cricket world. To sum up, she has been walking as a mainspring of the team who is strong enough to lead a team.
