Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal Presents Kebab-Biryani Festival

Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal, one of the city’s most cherished hospitality destinations, invites culinary enthusiasts to embark on a journey that celebrates India’s rich gastronomic heritage. Hosted at The Hebbal Café, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, the “Kebab Biryani” food festival will run from July 4th to 13th.

This ten-day celebration of Indian flavors is thoughtfully curated by Executive Chef Rajeev and his talented culinary team. The festival highlights traditional cooking methods, using age-old clay and copper vessels to bring out the authentic essence of each dish.

Guests can savor the smoky, spiced richness of a carefully curated kebab selection, which includes the tender and flavorful Dungaree Gola Kebab (chicken), the aromatic and perfectly charred Dakshini Paneer Tikka, and the melt-in-the-mouth Motiya Shammi Kebab. Biryani lovers will be treated to an indulgent array of iconic dishes such as the slow-cooked, fragrant Kacchi Gosht Dum Biryani, the bold and beloved Chicken Donne Biryani, a true local favorite, and the majestic Awadhi Mutton Biryani, offering a regal taste of India’s culinary traditions.

To conclude the festival, a vibrant themed Sunday brunch on July 13th will feature a lavish spread of kebabs and biryanis, complemented by unlimited mocktails and soft beverages. Live music will set the perfect tone, creating a relaxed and indulgent weekend experience.
