17th Edition of MEENA BAZAAR- 215 Stalls from across the Country

Over a period of time, RCC wanted to embark on a new journey to achieve sustainability to its cloth bank projects and to achieve its social goals. As Swami Vivekananda quoted, “There is no chance for the welfare of the world unless the condition of women is improved. It is not possible for a bird to fly on only one wing.” As a result, RCC decided to empower women entrepreneurs across the country, with this in mind in the year 2003 they started MEENA BAZAAR.

The concept was simple, it was for the women and by the women, we believe a woman is a most powerful creature in this living earth. Not only she compromises her family, but in the time of need, she tends to have such energy to make things go in the right way whether the cost to it is they themselves! The aim of women empowerment is providing strength to them. The entire process of the event is managed and executed by the lady members of the association and the exhibitors are predominantly women by choice.

This has not only benefited the women but also the society and RCC the most. It has become our yearly fundraiser also where the entire proceeds of the event go for charity projects of Rajasthan Cosmo Club Foundation. Over the years Meena Bazaar has attained scale and become a brand to reckon with, in its 17th edition this year Meena Bazaar under The 26th President Pavan Kumar Surana , Managing Trustee Vijay Kankaria, the Dynamic chairperson Smt Sangeeta Padam Taleda and backed by 22 strong Team members is coming to Chennai on 9th & 10th September 2019 with 215 stalls covering Jewelry, Clothing, Home Décor, Gourmet Food Items, with repeated exhibitors from across the country with 215 stalls. The title sponsor for this year is SPR City and it is powered by JCS T. Nagar. We are sure the footfall will be 25K plus.
