Amla or Indian gooseberry has numerous benefits to your health and beauty. When it comes to your hair, it would proffer multiple benefits to your hair and scalp. So, you could use it for healthy hair growth, and here are a few methods to use amla perfectly.

AMLA POWDER AND EGG:

To prepare this hair mask, you would need two whole eggs and a half cup of amla powder. Add amla powder to the bowl of eggs and stir it well until you get a smooth paste. Apply this hair mask to your hair and scalp and leave the mask on for about one hour. Later, wash your hair with cool water and do it at least once a week.

HENNA AND AMLA:

Take a bowl and add one tablespoon of amla powder, three tablespoons of henna powder, and four tablespoons of warm water and then stir it until you get a smooth mixture. Leave the mixture to soak overnight. The next day, apply the mixture to your scalp and hair, and when you applied it the hair mask fully. Leave it for about one to two hours.  Then, wash your hair with cool water and a mild sulfate-free shampoo and use it once a month.

FENUGREEK AND AMLA:

To prepare the smooth mixture, add two tablespoons of amla powder, two tablespoons of fenugreek powder, and five tablespoons of warm water to a bowl. Stir it well until you get a smooth mixture and leave the mixture to soak overnight. Apply the mixture to your scalp and hair the next morning and leave the mask for about 20 minutes. Later, wash your hair with cool water and a mild sulfate-free shampoo and do it once or twice a week.

AMLA OIL:

Add one tablespoon of olive oil and two tablespoons of coconut oils and heat the oil in a pan and add two teaspoons of amla to the combination. Leave it to heat until it becomes brown and turn off the heat and set the oil to cool. When the charred powder has settled down, collect the oil separately in a bowl. Now, apply it to your scalp when it is slightly warm and massage it for about 15 minutes and leave it for 30 minutes. Later, wash the oil out with a mild sulfate-free shampoo and cool or lukewarm water. You could use it three times a week.
