Anubhav Sinha directed film Thappad which is on the socially driven women based subject has the popular actress Taapsee Pannu playing the lead role and now the filmmaker introduces Pavail Gulati and wish him a very Happy Birthday.
Filmmaker Anubhav Sinha just took to his social media profile and shared a candid picture of Taapsee and Pavail from the sets of Thappad and wrote, “Ladies and Gentlemen, introducing to you Pavail Gulati #Thappad @pavailkgulati @taapsee and wish him a happy birthday too today”
Taapsee who is pumped up after the success of Mission Mangal is presently shooting for the Anubhav Sinha movie in Lucknow. It is been also reported that Geetika Vidya is also part of the film.
Pavail Gulati the youngster has starred in the movie Kalank. On TV, he played the onscreen son to Amitabh Bachchan in Yudh. On the webspace, Pavail has been part of series Haq Se, Made In Heaven.
The film marks the second outing of Anubhav Sinha and Taapsee Pannu, who earlier collaborated for Mulk.
The film also starred Rishi Kapoor, Rajat Kapoor, Neena Gupta, and Manoj Pahwa. Upon release, the film received positive reviews from critics, the film proved to be a moderate commercial success, and at the 64th Filmfare Awards, was nominated for six awards, including Best Actress – Critics (Pannu) and Best Supporting Actor (Pahwa), winning Best Story (Sinha).
