The forthcoming mystery thriller, Chehre is directed by Rumi Jaffery, starring Emraan Hashmi and Amitabh Bachchan in the leading roles, finally gets an official poster and release date.
Emraan Hashmi just took to his social media profile and dropped the first look poster and release date of the film. He captioned it, “Lock the Date!!”
‘Chehre’ has averted its box office clash by postponing its release date to 24th April 2020. The much-awaited mystery-thriller was initially set to lock horns with Vicky Kaushal’s horror film ‘Bhoot Part One: The Haunted Ship’ and Anurag Basu’s yet-to-be-titled film which stars Abhishek Bachchan and Aditya Roy Kapur in lead roles.
‘Chehre’ is said to be a thriller that allegedly plays out in a bungalow in Shimla. The film has an intriguing story with Bachchan playing a lawyer and Emraan playing a business tycoon.
The film is produced by Anand Pandit under the banners of Anand Pandit Motion Pictures and Saraswati Entertainment Private Limited.
The film also stars Rhea Chakraborty, Siddhanth Kapoor, Dritman Chakroborthy, Raghubir Yadav and Annu Kapoor.
The film releases on 24th April 2020.
