The trailer of Made In China starring Rajkummar and Mouni Roy in the lead role, is out and has already crossed 20 Million hits. The film is produced Dinesh Vijan and directed by Mikhil Musale.

Talking about his role, Rajkummar Rao said, “I love preparation for my characters and Raghu from Made In China, has been the most exciting part, I have played till date. I had always wanted to do a story of a businessman, and top of it, a Gujarati businessman. I played a Gujarati in Kai Po Che, but that role was very subtle, but this one I went all out. I even stayed in Ahmadabad for the role”

“My director is from Gujarat, and everyone from the team such an amazing world of Gujarat around the sets, that I started smelling Gujarat in my script and all the character. When you will watch the film, you would get the feeling that you’re living with these people, rather than watching a film from outside”

The film also stars Boman Irani, Paresh Rawal and Gajraj Rao in pivotal roles. The film explores the story of a Gujarati businessman, played by Rao, who goes to China to increase his business prospects.

Initially planned to be released in August 2019, the film is scheduled to be theatrically released in India on 25 October 2019, on the occasion of Diwali
