After sharing screen space with Akshay Kumar in Housefull 4, Kriti Sanon will again be seen romancing Khiladi Kumar in his Christmas 2020 release Bachchan Pandey.
Confirming the deeds on the film, the official handle of Nadiadwala Grandson tweeted, “We’re extremely happy and elated to announce the charming @kritisanon is here to make our Christmas 2020 merrier than ever! Welcome back to the #NGEFamily with #BachchanPandey! @akshaykumar #SajidNadiadwala @farhad_samji @WardaNadiadwala”
Bachchan Pandey is the remake of 2014 Tamil film Veeram. The original film starred Ajith Kumar and Tamannaah. Bachchan Pandey is set to go on floors on February next year with Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon in the lead.
Actress Kriti also took to social media to share the news. She wrote, “Thrilled and beyond excited for this reunion!! This Christmas is gonna be indeed a Merry Merry one! Can’t wait to start #BachchanPandey”
This is Kriti Sanon’s second collaboration with the production house, Akshay and Farhad Samji, the director of the film.
Akshay Kumar is currently busy with Sooryavanshi, which is the next instalment of Rohit Shetty’s cop universe after Singham and Simmba. The film, which is slated to release on 27 March 2020, will bring back the much loved pairing of Akshay and Katrina along with Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh in extended cameos.
Kriti Sanon is promoting Panipat, opposite Arjun Kapoor.
