Actress Karisma Kapoor who was recently seen cheering up women for participating in ‘Pinkathon’, says that her mantra is to enjoy doing any workouts, but within the limits. She further added that it may be exercise, dieting, running or any warm up that keeps you fit.
Karisma Kapoor was seen interacting with the media on Sunday in Mumbai.
‘Pinkathon’ is India’s biggest women’s run to encourage and promote fitness and health among women and create awareness about breast cancer and other issues relating to women’s health.
When asked about her fitness mantra, on this Karisma said,”My fitness mantra is to enjoy doing any workouts, but within the limits. There are different kinds of fitness, which one can do. I like to do yoga to keep myself fit. But sometimes when I don’t get time I run up the steps of my building. Hence it’s very much necessary for everyone to give some time to themselves and do some or the other kind of workouts.”
The 51st Pinkathon was held on December 15 at MMRDA Ground.
