“Some Flights Need Passion, Not Wings” says actress Sakshi Tanwar on the sidelines of “M.O.M – Mission Over Mars” screening last night in Mumbai.
MOM is a fictional tale of India’s Mars Mission. The web series is first sci-fi drama from Ekta Kapoor’s AltBalaji and ZEE5. It is directed by Vinay Waikul and produced by Endemol Shine India.
The makers organized a special screening of three episodes of the series last night in Mumbai. The lead cast Sakshi Tanwar, Mona Singh, Nidhi Singh and Palomi Ghosh along with Ashish Vidyarthi were present.
Talking about the series, Sakshi said, “Some flights need passion, not wings, so we have given our full passion to this show. It’s a lovely series; we have made it with a lot of heart. It’s been written and directed beautifully, and I hope we have done the same with our performance. We have made this show a lot of heart and hard work. So hope people like it”
Recently ISRO launched Chandrayaan 2, which unfortunately lost communication during its descent on the Moon. Talking about ISRO’s gallant mission, Sakshi said, she is hopeful that we will make contact with the spacecraft really soon.
She said, “See while shooting MOM, I personally got to understand so much about the orbiters, space crafts and going into the universe, and trust me, it is not easy. It is a complex and difficult thing….I’m sure we will be able to make contact with Chandryaan 2, there is plenty of time”
Other celebrities like Ronit Bose Roy, Vikas Gupta, Krystle D’souza, Erica Fernandes, Sharman Joshi, Kubbra Sait, Ridhi Dogra, Elli AvrRam and others were also present.
The series starts streaming from 10th September on ALT Balaji.
