Honey: Honey which is also tasty to eat is good for fighting infections and treating wounds. It also helps to reduce toxins from the liver.
Grapefruit seed extract: High in antioxidants, it boosts immunity and helps digestion by improving gut flora.
Ginger: Studies have shown that fresh ginger really does have an antibiotic effect against foodborne pathogens.
Coconut oil: It helps in having the ideal amount of sugar in the body. It helps the immune system and maintains cholesterol levels.
