Hold one arm straight out in front of you by pointing your thumb up. Now, you have to focus on your thumb. By focusing on it, slowly move your thumb towards your nose till you could not focus it anymore. Now, relax and pause for a second or two and repeat this at least 10 times every day.

NEAR AND FAR SIGHTED EXERCISE: This exercise could enhance the productivity of your eyes and eliminates headaches and other issues as well. To practice this exercise, you have to place your palms in front of your eyes and stay focus on your palms. When you open your palms to their sides inhale and focus on the horizon. And when you bring back your palms to the original position, just exhale. This would help improve your vision both up and close far away.

DISTANCE GAZING EXERCISE: Gazing is one of the best ways to enhance your focus and increases the performance of your eyes. Take your gaze on a distant object and focus on it. You just have to take an intense breath and then slowly shift your gaze to another distant object around you. Now, repeat the same by momentarily pausing at objects at varying distances around you.

EYE ROLLING EXERCISE: Yet another effective exercise that could activate your eye muscles is the eye-rolling exercises which would, in turn, regulate healthy blood circulation to your optical nerves. It would also increase your vision. You just have to sit upright with a straight spine and relaxed breath. You could soften your gaze by relaxing the eye muscles. You should make sure not to move your head and direct your gaze up towards the ceiling of your room and then slowly circle your eyes in a clockwise direction. Make it as a large circle as you could with your eyes and focus on the object and allow the movement to experience the soothing effect on your eyes. Now, repeat it at least 3 times a day. You could rest and perform the exercise in an anti-clockwise direction as well.

PALMING EXERCISE: Palming of eyes is an excellent exercise for tired eyes. The warmth of your hands would relax the eye muscles naturally. All you have to do is to rub your hands until it gets warm and place your hands over the eyes. You should never touch eyeballs directly but to hollow your hands slightly. Then close your eyes, take a deep breath, and now relax. You would experience darkness and feel the warmth and energy from your hands. Do it for just five minutes and then slowly open your eyes.
