The apartment complex, housing society niche has shown an increasing demand for digitization and automation in the New Normal. Today, the priority of all MCs/RWAs is to keep the residents safe, healthy while conducting all fiduciary duties smoothly.

ADDA, The Apartment Super App launched its ESSENTIAL version to assist residential communities to organize themselves in fighting the virus. With no promise of immediate stability in the situation, the Essential App has seen upgrades to help Associations with their management responsibilities.

With the enhanced version, the RWA can keep an Online Private Database of all Owners and Tenants in their Community. They have an Official Communication module to avoid juggling multiple Whatsapp groups. While the original essential app package was released with the basic features of Communication, In-House Delivery Hub, Panic Alert, etc.; the enhanced version of the Essential App includes two vital new features – Home Quarantine Tracker and Secret Ballot.

Keeping in mind the home quarantine regulations given by the Government of the respective states and as its the time for community elections amongst apartment complexes, ADDA brings the home quarantine feature and the secret ballot feature to ensure digitization, thereby ensuring the safety of the Community.

Speaking on this initiative, Ashika Sripathi, Chief of Customer Success and Co-Founder of ADDA said,” Being a customer-centric company, our focus has always been to ensure quick adaptation to the changing market situations. The Pandemic situation has brought in certain essential changes in our product offering as well. The ADDA Essential App includes all that it needs right from a robust communication platform to handling the Gate security to forming associations by conducting online elections to getting the right vendor connected for essential needs – all on one Single App. We remain committed to Innovations in Product and top-notch support experience to our customers in an agile way.”
