Ajay Devgn Remembers His Dad Veeru Devgan On His Death Anniversary

“A dad always remains the first hero in the life of a child” this surely fits in well for Ajay Devgn’s life. It has been a year since he lost his dad Veeru Devgan and the doting son has been seen remembering his dad on various occasions. Today on his first death anniversary, he remembers his dad and pays special homage to him.

‘Singham’ actor took to Twitter and shared a video of his photos with his dad. He wrote, “Dear Dad, it’s a year since you left. However, I can feel you beside me – quiet, caring, protective; your presence is forever reassuring”

Ajay Devgn lost his dad Veeru Devgan on 27th May 2019. The veteran action director passed away last year after suffering a cardiac arrest. Veeru Devgn directed a film starring his son ‘Hindustan ki Kasam’. He is well known for choreographing fight scenes for over 80 Bollywood films.

On the work front, Ajay was last seen in the film ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’ which was a big hit at the box office. He will soon be seen in ‘Bhuj: The Pride of India’ which is a war action film set during the Indo Pakistan War of 1971.

It is about IAF Squadron leader Vijay Karnik played by Ajay, the then in charge of Bhuj Airport who and his team reconstructed the IAF airbase with the help of 300 local women. The film also features Sanjay Dutt, and Sonakshi Sinha.
