Singer Neeti Mohan is all excited for her upcoming web series ‘Break A Leg’ season 2, says that ‘Break A Leg’ is not based on any hit Bollywood pattern. She further added that the song is composed identically in a contemporary manner, because they wanted the song to be a danceable track.
Neeti Mohan was addressing media on Thursday in Mumbai.
‘Break A Leg’ season 2 is an Incredible series of fun, dance and comedy. There will be celebrities turning up in the show and will share their experiences in dance. The eight-episode show will feature 8 celebrities. The second part will show Shakti’s (Neeti’s sister) effort in bringing together non-dancer personalities and convincing them to give a go at professional dance styles.
Talking about the song, Neeti said, “It’s a very contemporary kind of song, because we wanted the song to be a danceable track. One can see in the video, the song is a very new age song, because nowadays independent music is more into trend. We opted Vishal Dadlani and Harsh Upadhyay to compose the track of ‘Break A leg’ and I must say, they have created the track wonderfully.
The song is all about the new prototype dance show and is not following any Bollywood pattern”.
The title track of season 2 is composed by Harsh Upadhyay with Vishal Dadlani and Neeti Mohan on the vocals. Co-produced by ITW Playworx and Nritya Shakti, the video is directed by Punit J Pathak and features the Mohan sisters. It will go live in mid-January 2020 on Nritya Shakti channel.
