Brigade Hospitality, one of the leading hospitality groups in the country has been recognized by the prestigious institute, Great Place To Work – India 2020 in the category, Great Mid-size Workplaces. Brigade Hospitality is bestowed with 3rd place in the Top 50 list of Great Mid-Size Workplaces India 2020. Every year, Great Place To Work Institute recognizes the best workplaces in various sectors and categories that go onto substantiate the innovative and excellent employee engagement programs and policies introduced by the winners. This year, they received entries from over 1,000 organizations who applied for this assessment.
The study led by Great Place to Work Institute India in association with BW BusinessWorld, ranked mid-size companies on various initiatives taken by the organisations that are inclusive and promote overall employee growth and engagement. The HR policies & practices implemented by the firms as well as other variables such as high-trust, high-performance, employees benefits, work culture, equality, reliability, respect, and camaraderie forms the crux of the recognition. Brigade Hospitality was awarded the 15th spot in the same category last year and went on to position itself in the 3rd spot for the year 2020 that acts as a testimony to the people first approach they adopt at the company.
