Filmmaker And Chef Vikas Khanna is putting up World’s largest Eid Feast

Born in India and currently residing in New York, Vikas Khanna has changed the mindsets of people about Indian chefs as he represents the country in the global dining scenario. He has been very active in providing free dry ration at the orphanages, old age homes, and leprosy centers in India during the widespread of Covid-19. Now he is all set to put up for the world’s largest Eid feast.

Vikas Khanna took to his twitter and shared the news. He wrote, “With your blessings and support, we are putting together WORLDS LARGEST EID FEAST #Eid2020 100,000 + Kgs Dry Rations, Fresh & Dry Fruits, Spices, Sugar, Seviyan, Kitchen utensils, Oils, Chais, Coffee, Juices, Etc #FeedIndia with @MaximusCollabs.

In another tweet he wrote, “After the food is blessed at Sacred Haji Ali Dargah, it will be distributed in Mumbai (Mohammad Ali Road, Dharavi and Mahim Dargah) with the support NDRF following all the guidelines of social distancing More details to follow #Victoryinsolidarity #Hopeinsolidarity #EidMubarak”

Termed to be the hottest chef in the world Vikas Khanna, started an initiative in April to ensure the distribution of dry ration in India. In less than a month, he has been able to distribute 3100 quintals of ration across 79 cities in India.
