Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram Resort & Convention Center reopens with a ‘Commitment to Clean’
Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram Resort & Convention Center embraces the new normal and is delighted to welcome back its patrons to the resort. Nestled on the scenic East Coast Road (ECR), the resort resumed operations from the 1st of September 2020, after a long break, due to the unprecedented outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Adopting the initiative of ‘Commitment to Clean’, the resort offers guests the assurance and makes it convenient for them to check-in and out through a mobile app, thus eliminating physical contact. Upon arriving at the resort, it is ensured that the guests have downloaded Arogya Setu App, screened through thermal scanning, and have easy access to hand sanitizers.
In accordance to the new normal, the resort has become well-equipped to offer services such as a virtual tour of the property through video for bookings, QR code scan for sanitization process and to check the menu, online payment option, room key sanitization at the reception desk, in-room dining and others.
On the reopening of the hotel, Satish Srinivasamurthy, Operation Manager said, “At Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram, providing a safe environment by following the government’s new normal protocols and safety norms have become a priority. The staff’s efforts have been focused on creating a secure and comfortable atmosphere for our patrons.
