THEMES OF INTERNATIONAL NURSES DAY: Like all other international days, International Council for Nurses has imposed several themes every year. Since themes are introduced on the important days, it would be helpful for the people to realize and get awareness about the particular thing and make sure that the message has been received all over the world. It would create several impacts by focusing on a particular thing of healthcare or any other important days.
Here are the themes which were imposed for the last few years as well as the theme imposed for this year especially.
In 2016, ICN imposed the theme as Nurses: A Force for Change: Improving Health Systems’ Resilience,
Nurses: A Voice to Lead –Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in 2017
Nurses: A Voice to Lead – Health is a Human Right in 2018
Nurses: A Voice to Lead – Health for All in 2019
And this year it has been the perfect theme as it is the need for the world – Nurses: A Voice to Lead – Nursing the World to Health. Doesn’t it look perfect for the year 2020?
